Where do you deliver?

If you’re located within Walworth County, delivery is included in your package. We deliver to Elkhorn, Whitewater, Lauderdale Lakes, East Troy, Mukwonago, Delavan, Lake Geneva, Fontana, Williams Bay, Walworth, Sharon, and Genoa City. If you’re nearby but unsure, please contact us.

When do you start taking orders for the season?

Accepted Answer

Pre-orders will open August 1, 2026 and we will stop accepting orders October 4. We accept a limited number of orders each season, so we recommend securing your package early.

When will deliveries be made? When do you start decorating porches?

Accepted Answer

We will be delivering packages mid-September to mid-October. When your selected delivery week approaches, we will notify you with information regarding your exact delivery date.

I'm not sure what package I need - can you help?

Yes, please email us a picture of your porch to madie@walworthcopumpkindelivery.com and we’ll guide you toward the package that fits your space.

How do I place an order?

Choose a package and any additional add-ons on our website. If you have something custom in mind, contact us.

What's your Return/Refund Policy?

Accepted Answer

No returns or refunds. Due to the seasonal nature of our products and the effort involved in preparing each delivery, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

My home has a security gate. How do I share access info?

Please send us a message and reference your order number when giving instructions on how to deliver your package.

I have a pet. Can they be outside during delivery and design?

Please, no pets outside during the delivery and design.

I need my porch ready by a certain date - can you make that work?

Accepted Answer

We will try. Please select the ideal week upon ordering. Just to be safe, you are welcome to reach out to us to confirm our availability. Whether it is a photoshoot or a party, we will do our best to make sure your porch is ready.

Question 10

Do you clean everything up at the end of the season?

Accepted Answer

We offer an optional removal service at the end of the season. We’ll remove and dispose of the pumpkins we delivered. Clean-up of loose material, such as straw, corn, and other decorating items, is the customer's responsibility.

Do I need to be home for the delivery?

Accepted Answer

No, you don’t need to be home for delivery. We will deliver and/or design your fall display whether you are home or gone.

How long will the pumpkins last?

Accepted Answer

Because pumpkins are a natural product, how long they last can vary with weather and temperatures. We carefully choose pumpkins for your display so that they can be enjoyed throughout the fall season.

Where do your pumpkins and decor come from?

Our pumpkins come from Apple Barn Orchard & Winery, a family-owned and operated farm since 1848 in Elkhorn, WI. Every pumpkin we deliver is hand-selected for quality, freshness, and appearance to ensure your fall porch display looks its best.
